Takes over at Porto who finished second with a good squad, wins the Champions League after a perfectly good Scholes goal gets disallowed. Takes over Chelsea when the predecessor with no money gets the side to second place, then he gets an unlimited supply of money and moves them one pace higher. Takes over Inter after winning the league, gets more money to spend and keeps them as Champions and wins the Champions League after Barca had a perfectly good goal disallowed. Takes over a Real with a superb squad who emassed enough points to win a normal season and again gets unlimited money to spend...... Obviously if he took over at United Fergie works hard with limited resources and keeps United in the top two, then a rich new backer takes over, sacks the great man then he takes over with unlimited money.
