I have a Chow Chow. Chows are known to be eaten in China.

I saw a movie recently where someone made a statement regarding cannibals that actually got me thinking:
He said that some cannibilistic tribe believed that if you eat the flesh of another human being, then his spirit will flow into you and his strength becomes yours. The "westerners" freaked at this and said that it does not make sense. It is just savage and silly. The "native" then responded with:
"why does this sound strange to you? You do it evey Sunday when you partake of the body and blood of Christ and believes it will give you strength."
Now (I'm a Christian and proud of it), this is not supposed to spark a religous debate. Just because something does not agree with the way we are made to belive to be "normal", it does not make it right or wrong. Just different. That is where true tolerance comes in.
That was the point I tried to make with my previous post.
