there were some people who were doubting Nani but this video shows it… he looks like a more direct but slightly immature version of Ronaldo. As far as these videos go… i personally believe that the way he played in these videos shows the pressure he is facing… for example…when he took the long range shot he felt he was in a good position and things linked up to shooting, just that the shot lacked venom but the fact that he took it without being sure of a confirmed outcome shows the pressure to produce something spectacular. Nani, i believe is a very very VERY good aquisition.

I remember getting very very furious with Ronaldo when he was into his 6/7th game onwards… he also didn’t pass very much…only this season his passing has improved. Nani I believe will do better.

Rossi just goes to show that we dont need another striker, he’s in great shape.

I hope Fergie plays the younger guys in the carling cup and the first few rounds of the FA cup so they’ll get exposure.

I think My main man saf has done it again only this time beter and biger. I think we can now argue that we have bigger squad than chelsea which is a very big thing I just cant wait to see which pair of speedy fresh legs gone come off the bench and do the job for us and also dont forget the very under rated loyal players like richardson and brown and specially oshea.oshea was the diffrence in the title race where chelski had crisis in cb he was scoring important goals from same position for us. if shevo worths 30mil then sureley oshea should worth more he probably scored more than shevo and he didnt start alot of games he also is a cb and also younger. i dont get it who says chelsea has the super subs?

About Rossi’s second booking. I assume it’s for consent, but of course some refs would have acted differently. A little bit too much by the books imo, but Rossi has learned his lesson and may focus more on football next time.

He’s not as il-tempered as Rooney, but every player has to learn to control their temper (even Rooney has succeeded in that), so as long as it happens in tournaments not involving United, I don’t really care.

Rossi’s first touch in the run is remarkable… look at the control he gets from a hard pass.

Of course Nani has a lot to learn, but it would be unnatural if it was any different. He appears to find good space, and obviously he can dribble. I actually kind of like his shooting. He may not have hit the target on the night too many times, but he strikes it really well, which is more than you can say about Ronaldo at times.

Both really look the part, and I can’t wait to see them in action in a few weeks time.

rossi’s run looked really good… i’m really looking forward to him teaming up with rooney next year

good thing thers gonna be a lot of anderson highlights to help the summer go by faster eh haha

maybe even dong too.. if he features for the chinese side at the Asia Cup (go Japan )

The first run by Rossi kinda reminds me of the goal scored by Giggs in the 1999 FA Cup semi-final replay vs. Arsenal. Obviously Giggs finished and beat more defenders, but Rossi is showing some fantastic pace and touch on the ball. I think Nani had some nice runs into space as well. I thought it was hard to determine whether he should be serving the forward because he seemed to be at the front of all the attacks. Plus, I’m sure he’ll have a much better understanding of his role when he plays for his club, rather than the national U21 team.

I doubt that Ronaldo would have passed in many of those opportunities and it did seem to be affecting all of the Portugal players on the night, one guy missed what was pretty much an open goal.

Rossi looks like he would fit in well with Rooney up front looking at his second booking which is what you would have expected from Rooney one or two years ago-good run though,he has good strength for his size.

P.S. Rooney and Ronaldo could have both played in that competition which would have made it much more entertaining
