He performed wonders with an average Getafe squad and was linked with the Madrid managers job just last year (although they seem to be linked to someone every day, managers or players). He is still only young and can speak many languages so he could communicate with the foreign contingent already at United. I think he would be the perfect choice as he is out of work at the minute but will be sure to be snapped up soon. He is personally the man i would bring in, as i think the new assistant should be brought in ad trained up to be the new manager when fergie calls it a day.
