I for one am very excited at the prospect of having Rooney and Tevez partnered up front. It will bring alot to Uniteds attack as both this players are hard workers and both know how to play the target man and in the hole. This will be great for transitional plays. As for Heinze, I do not want to see him move from Old Trafford as he is a top notch player and will be a very important figure to get Tevez to United as he will help Tevez settle at United and this will prove pivotal in actually getting Tevez. Just look at Mascherano at Liverpool, the Spanish influence there does help alot. COME ON UNITED

I think we can get Tevez for a good deal. If anyone buys him it will be alot less for what he is worth. Just like Ronaldo, he will go up in price and in the end it will be a good deal on our part. If we get him we will have more mobility in our attack. Right now we dont really need a striker, we scored alot of goals last season from what we have. Adding Tevez will give us more creativity to our attack. We could also use him to take our corners and take advantage of Ronaldos aerial abilities.

It’s becoming increasingly impossible to set a market value standard… especially for strikers. RvN for Â£10,2 mil, Sheva for Â£30 mil, Henry for Â£16 mil, Torres for Â£27 mil… there’s just no rhythm in the market anymore.

Tevez shouldn’t cost more than Â£25-30 mil, but we may even struggle to fund that. We need to offload Richardson (Â£4 mil), Smith (Â£6 mil), Silvestre or Heinze (Â£4 or Â£6 mil) to maybe have a shot at him. I can’t see many more players we can afford to lose. Eagles could go, but he’d only bring in Â£2-3 mil. Then we’re back to the question of selling either Pique or Rossi, but I’d hate either sale, because I think both have great futures at our club. Or the Glazers should come up with the remaining Â£10-15 mil themselves… could that happen?

I think the 35-40 million pounds is a little ridiculous. Especially now when Torres has gone for 27 mills. Torres is older than Tevez and has played in a higher league than Tevez for a longer time. (Tevez is potentially better, but I want the prices to be governed by that argument!)
