He would cost at least £30m, and I wouldn't be surprised if Atletico Madrid didn't accept anything below his release clause which is more than 40m. And when have you seen Kerlon,youtube? I watched him a few times in live matches and he was more than decent, but from reports he is just a bit overrated, and is likely to play for a team that would be just outside the Champions League places like Spurs, or a team like Sporting Lisbon or CSKA Moscow. It's hard to judge on players that I don't watch regularly, but i'm making judgements from what I read.
